Seafood






1. Fresh squid - too fresh to give them a miss!

2. Fresh long legs octopus - do you know octopus are very smart?

3. Cooked Australian tiger prawns - 凍蝦 - the last time I brought them back HK my family and friends did not touch them. They found it weird to eat cold prawns. They ended up reheat them in the wok ... what a waste... for me I prefer them cold than warm...

4. Fresh snappers - One of the best selling fish in our shop. I don't like snapper but I like their baby pink colour~

5. Rudder fish (aka 屙油魚) - never eat too much, never cook with oil. This fish is super oily. If you have a weak stomach, don't eat!
